TRAINING, COUNSELLING AND PLACEMENT CELL

 

As   per   instruction  issued    by   Financial   Commissioner. Sec. Memo  No . T-2/TCPC Cell/Project/2009-   10 Dated   15-10-2009.   Setting   up  of  training   ,  counseling   and Placement. Cell (TCPC) of I.T.I. Gohana, Gannaur, Rajlu Garhi  is here by constituted In I.T.I.Gohana, as per detail given below.

FUNCTIONS OF TCP CELL

 

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

1.    Ensure employment/ self employment and apprenticeship training to trainees.

2.    Skill  gap mapping & providing shill gap training to make trainees  compliable.

 

FUNCTIONS OF TCPC

1.  Organize campus interviews for recruitment of trainees.

2.   Maintain details of all trainees.

3.   Collect the requirements of skilled workforce of industries.

4.   Provide counseling & career guidance to trainees by professionals & expert.

5.   Do skill gap mapping & provide skill gap trainees.

 

RULES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF TCP CELL

1.   Maintain record of all trainees admitted and keep track of passed out trainees.

2.   Least for 3 years which will help in conducting tracer studies .

3.   Maintain follow – up register of employment and salary received upto3 years from the year of passing

      –whether employed /self employed / Apprenticeship training gone for higher education.

4.   Survey, identification and engagement of Apprentices in industries as Apprenticeship   Act .

5.   Maintain record of Industries / Employing Govt. organization.

6.   Organize campus interviews, recruitment fears.

7.   Organize workshop with the help of by DIC / Blanks / Development corporation

8.   Organize EDP training.

9.   Inform all passed out trainees about the recruitment fairs organized by Govt. Sc Govt. / Pvt. Organization to time.

10. Arrange seminar and workshop regularly for counseling & Vocational guidance Employment  opportunities.

11. Display paper cutting or notices about vacancies.

12. Help the trainees to prepare C.V.

13. Organize training programmed to improve interview, personality Development, Soft sKill etc.

14. Arrange On-job Training (OJT) and industrial visits for trainees.

15. Facilitate for overseas employment.

16. Co-ordinate with employment Exchange.

17. Registration of trainees of trainees of Advance Module & Specialized Modular training.
